The Rugby Hotel

If you are looking for a quaint little place to stay, this is perfect. It has all the expectations that you expect from a quiet country inn but in the city. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great, the pub area was wonderful. Very nice to have a pint after work or before bed. The rooms were modern updated and so was the bathroom.

I had an upgrade as the television wasn’t working in the first room, the lovely lady on reception immediately offered to upgrade me I loved the room very comfortable, the staff were very helpful. The bathroom was finished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good I had a full English everything was very hot and freshly cooked.

The reception staff were excellent. Always very helpful and cheerful. I booked a small double bedroom that had already been refurbished. It was very clean and pleasant. The public areas of the hotel are in the process of being refurbished. However, this was not an issue and did not disturb our visit. We shall definitely return here when in this area again.

Recently refurbished meant the rooms were clean and tidy. The public areas very nicely don. Very convenient location right in the town centre but still nice and quiet. We were all able to have our rooms close together.

The property was well located, clean and well looked after. It was a reasonable price too.
